About Us

Jade Xclusive’s signature style centers around a contemporary classic aesthetic and complements all styles of architecture from modern to traditional, drawing inspiration from the location, building architecture and the client’s requirements, interests and lifestyle. Our proven design process forms the basis of our bespoke designs, resulting in the successful execution of our projects.

Recognised nationally, Jade Xclusive has curated a diverse portfolio spanning high end residential, retail, hospitality and corporate projects. More recently the studio, guided by founder and managing director Saakshi Arora Kattyal has expanded into landscaping, custom multi-residential interiors, architecture and furnishings.

Jade Xclusive is passionate about all facets of architecture and design and believes it’s an essential component to delivering a comprehensive and successful project. Saakshi Arora Kattyal, is known for turning out cool, calm, and collected spaces that are distinctive in sophisticated yet evocative atmospheres. They are full of smart neutral fabrics, dark-wood furniture, soulful patinas and strong silhouettes. She uses eclectic accessories and neutral woodwork, often set against white walls to heighten the sophisticated effect. Her aim has always been to offer classic, timeless design, with lasting beauty and elegance.

Our Process

We are an interior design and architecture practice known for its creativity, high end finishes and attention to detail, well regarded for its highly tailored and personalized client strategies from concept to delivery.

Discovery Call

A complimentary phone call with the purpose of helping you decide if we are the best fit for you. This will include a briefing on who we are, as well as you giving us a briefing on your project.

Onsite Consultation/ Meeting

As a guide our initial consults would cover some of the following areas.

  • Introduction to Saakshi Arora Kattyal and our process
  • Review and assessment of lifestyle needs
  • Possible discussion around furniture pieces and best use of them
  • Meet face to face for project/client/designer chemistry check
  • Work out your design style & personality
  • Discussion around budget and timeline
  • Assessment of furniture and pieces to work with – what stays, what goes
  • Run through samples provided by the designer for likes and loves.
  • Site measurement if time and if required.

Additional time, reports or quotations completed outside of 90min consult are subject to fees and charges – please contact us for more details.

Concept Design

You will receive a Design Concept report for each room/area – delivered in person & via soft copy.

The Design Concept report will include:

  • Design Concept – Inspirational images of styles & finishes for the room.
  • Hand Drawn or 3D (CAD) floor plan and or furniture layout
  • Images of inspirational furniture, storage solutions, joinery, lighting treatments, flooring treatments, decorative elements and color ways.
  • Shared Pinterest/ moodboard so you can add ideas and communicate
  • Initial works estimate; provided with budget

Final Design

Final selection and approval of Fixtures, Fittings and floor plans.

Project management / Onsite and workroom meetings with suppliers, architects, builders and tradesmen.

Budget – purchasing schedule & supplier details & lead times.

Procurement & Installation

Furniture purchased wholesale attracts MDS Procurement fee.

Items purchased at retail can be subject to a small procurement fee.

Jade Xclusive manages all supplier invoicing, payments & delivery instructions
